If you’ve ever bought a fitness gadget online because the reviews said it was “life-changing,” only to find it’s too loud for your HDB, doesn’t work in our humidity, or worse—breaks in a month—you’re not alone.

I’ve been there.


I’ve wasted money on a massage gun that sounded like a construction drill. I’ve bought resistance bands that snapped after two weeks. I’ve spent hours scrolling through reviews written for the US or UK market, wondering, “But will this work for me, in my Singapore home?”

That frustration is why this blog exists.

I’ve learned through trial, error, and plenty of wasted dollars what actually works in our unique context. To add on i do have years of academic knowledge from studying sports science and i have worked the the healthcare industry getting first hand knowledge on the health challenges Singapore faces 

My goal is simple: to help you save money, avoid junk, and make confident buying decisions for your health and home.
